Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구의 목적은 성찰 관련 국내 간호 연구동향을 분석하여 국내 간호학에 성찰적 실천의 활성화, 효과적 적용 및 발전을 위한 연구방향을 제시하는 데 있다.
방법: 문헌검색을 위해 RISS, KISS, DBpia, NDSL을 이용하였고, 총 23편의 논문을 일반적 특성, 성찰관련 주요변수 및 성찰관련연구 결과로 분석하였다.
결과: 국내 성찰관련연구는 2005년 이후로 관심을 받아오고 있으며, 연구 논문의 거의 절반이 최근 3년에 걸쳐 출판되었다. 성찰관련 주요변수분석으로는 성찰관련 일반용어(34.7%), 성찰 행위(8.6%), 성찰 서면방법(56.7%)으로 분류되었고, 성찰관련연구 결과분석은 성찰과 다른 변수 간의 상관관계(26.1%), 성찰저널을 이용한 학습평가(22.2%), 중재로서의 성찰 적용효과(47.4%), 자기성찰 및 통찰력 측정도구 타당화(4.3%)로 분류되었다.
결론: 간호학에서의 성찰 및 성찰적 실천은 이론을 실무에 통합하는 데 중요한 요소이고 전문적 간호실무가가 되기 위해 필수적이며 간호학의 이상적인 변화를 위해서 매우 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 성찰적 실천의 개념을 확립하고 국내 간호교육 및 실무에 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 많은 노력이 이루어져야 한다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to analyze research on reflection in Korean nursing, and suggest future directionsfor effective application of reflective practice in Korean nursing education and practice.
Methods: A review was performedusing domestic databases including RISS, KISS, DBpia, and NDSL. Twenty-three papers were analyzedaccording to general characteristics, key variables regarding reflection, and findings regarding reflection.
Results:Reflection in nursing research has received attention since 2005, generating almost half the publications in the last3 years. Key variables regarding reflection were classified into reflection-related general term (34.7%), reflective action(8.6%), and reflection writing method (56.7%). Findings regarding reflection were categorized into correlationof reflection with other variables (26.1%), learning evaluation using a reflective journal (22.2%), effects of applyingreflection as an intervention (47.4%), and Korean Self-Reflection and Insight Scale validation (4.3%).
Conclusion:Results indicate that reflection or reflective practice is an important component in integrating theories to practice,and that reflective practice is a prerequisite to becoming a professional nurse as well as a crucial tool for ideal changesin nursing. Considerable effort should be made to define the concept of reflective practice and effectively apply itto nursing education and practice in Korea.
